Gilead Foundations are in urgent need of people to join in & help see peoples lives set free from addiction! Some jobs are care based, others are more practical skills based to help with the running of the farm, the social enterprise business, & the community.
Positions are salaried on minimum wage & in favour living in community with all living, food and transport costs met. At the moment most staff end up with approx £50 week after paying community living costs.
The following positions are needed to work with clients doing work therapy & skills training as part of their rehabilitation programme. The positions could either be people living in community, or outside, full time or part time.
Landscape & General Gardener.to also encourage, work with & train clients receiving rehabilitation. Having just opened the new housing block, we are landscaping around it and the lake and need help with this to make it look beautiful!

Maintenance supervisor,to maintain on-site accommodation and building projects.
Single Support workers and House parents to live in extended family accommodation. Separate 2 bedroom flat for house parents & separate flat for 2 single male workers. Involves day-to-day operation of house, & help with client case management & counselling. Training in case management & counselling will be provided, for above positions, but experience will be an advantage.
Catering staff to work in our community kitchen alongside the clients.
Builders,Plumbers, Brick/block layers, Electricians, Carpenters, DIY & general builders/labourers.
